The big room with a gorgeous comfy bed was a treat! Breakfast was top-notch with quality ingredients, but the en suite shower was quite small. a lovely stay! 😊

Small en suite bathrooms can be a real bother for those expecting something more spacious!!! Traffic noise can make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep in front-facing rooms. The property could certainly use a modern touch to feel fresh and inviting!!!

Rohaven B&B is a gem in Exmouth, offering clean and spacious family rooms with a warm atmosphere. Breakfast is exceptional, invigorating you for the day ahead. I loved the friendly chats with the staff over hearty meals.

While my stay was enjoyable, the en suite bathrooms showed signs of age and could use some modern touches. That said, the overall experience outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Spent two nights here and felt right at home! Super spacious room with a cozy bed, and the shower was nice and warm. Breakfast was a highlight—gotta love a good full English! Only bummer was the spot could get crowded with parking. Definitely check out the local cafes too!

i had a great stay at rohaven b&b! the family room was spacious with plenty of storage, and it was always a comfortable temperature. breakfast was exceptional, really setting me up for the day, and the welcoming conversations made me feel at home.
